More purse-y goodness

I found some pre-quilted fabric in my stash, and whipped up this Batiked number. I altered it just a little by making the "neckline" a little lower, and I used pre-made binding in a contrast color. Like it alot. I realized, though, that these slouchy purses might feel better if worn over the head and across the body, so that's my next one....(!)  I also liked the idea of a little coordinating sunglass case, so I did a couple of those, too. My mom came over yesterday and hinted that it would be a nice gift....hmmm....maybe it's time to get moving for Christmas!

You really improved the line on that bag. Much sexier looking. And I like your idea to make it work as a shoulder bag - ergonomically better for your back. I want one too. Will you be winging it or making a formal pattern? I only ask cause I don't want to do all the drafting work if you're already going to.... hint, hint.
