Pics at Last! Memorial Jacket

Hooray! Got my uploading issues worked out & can share my fabulous Memorial Jacket. I wore it to work last Friday- my last day- and got lots of complements. Most folks think it's "cute." Not bad for a memorial garment. It gives me secret pleasure to know the "real" meaning behind my jacket....
   I've also been a-beading again, working up a necklace/earring set with the crystals I brought back from Dublin. I also hit a new bead shop in the Cleveland, OH area owned by my (former) co-workers' sister, Grand River Beads. Nice shop, rather out of the way, but she had oodles of Swarovski crystals....and many of you know I'm a Swarovski snob.... so I bought some new ones to work up into a set I wore to a wedding yesterday.      SO! I'm officially semi-retired now, and my husband has offered to share his new office space with me, giving the the largest room- the one with the skylight. Do I have the best hubby or what!?!  Of course, my newly-found time is quickly filling up.... and soon it will be in my new studio. What great changes are afoot!
